A low amplitude lineal machine can produce amplitudes below 2mm only. Companies who import these machines will often promote them as being the same as the scientifically proven machines, but fail to explain the differences. The reality is that low amplitude lineal machines do have some benefits, but not as many and would not produce as significant results as lineal machines with full amplitude range. Low amplitude lineal machines are still able to cause neurological activation, increase blood circulation and lymph, and provide a massaging effect.
