Summary

The Vibroslim Ultra is a low frequency, pivotal machine, it is a low end private labelled machine from China. These machines are not a true representation of Whole Body Vibration, and unfortunately due to their low cost, a lot of people own them and never experience the true benefits of the real technology. That being said, there are a small number of benefits to using a machine like this, and someone is limited by budget and mostly concerned with a benefit such as improved balance, a machine like the Vibroslim Ultra will do the job. If a low cost massage device is all you are after, then Vibroslim Ultra is a good product for the money, you can find them cheaper, but Vitality For Life are likely to still be in business if there is a breakdown during your warranty period. The Vibroslim Ultra is my Australian pick of the low frequency pivotal machines, but I would not recommend the Vibroslim Ultra for fitness and medical benefits.

Performance

The Vibroslim Ultra scored a total of 24 points, making it a fail on the Performance badge. The Vibroslim Ultra is a low frequency pivotal machine, which can be found sold under several different brand names. The frequency range is from 3 to 12Hz, which is not displayed on the control panel, only speed levels.

Company

Vibroslim Ultra scored 54 on the Company badge, giving them a pass. Although not prominently positioned, you will find that their G force, frequency and amplitude specs are advertised and within a reasonable margin of error to confirmed engineering test. Vitality For Life advertise incorrect information about the product (e.g. claim high G benefits).  There is no innovation from Vitality For Life, they are simply an importer of a Chinese private labelled product, operating since 2000, selling WBV since 2007. There is no charitable program advertised on the Vitality For Life website, nor could we find any examples of this.

  • 35 points were awarded for integrity
  • 19 points were awarded for 19 years in business
  • 0 points were awarded for innovation
  • 0 points were awarded for charity

Warranty

Vitality For Life is a well established company and provides a solid warranty, so easily passes the Warranty Badge with a score of 83. The Vibroslim Ultra has a standard 3 year warranty, and 30 days returns policy without penalties. There is a good supply of spare parts and servicing on-site.

  • 50 points were awarded for a Company pass
  • 9 points were awarded for the warranty
  • 4 points were awarded for the returns policy
  • 10 points were awarded for parts availability
  • 10 points were awarded for servicing on-site

Support

The Vibroslim Ultra has below average support, scoring 30 and thus failing the Support badge, but this is expected in low end products. No personal support, or courses/workshops are available. There are some basic training videos online. The machine comes with a basic user manual, wall chart and DVD, but quality is low. Vitality For Life advertise a phone number on their website, have live chat and active social media pages.
