Summary

The Noblerex K1 is a low frequency pivotal machine of higher quality than most in this category, however, still limited to low frequency benefits. The confirmed frequency of the Noblerex K1 is a maximum of 12.5Hz, and the amplitude is high at 20mm, resulting in a maximum of 8g’s. Noblerex as a company, rank low on integrity due to much false information in their advertising and due to failing the Company badge, also fail on the Warranty badge. The support provided is below average. Overall, although the Noblerex K1 is higher quality for a low frequency pivotal machine, and has a little more G force, the low frequency still means limited benefits and the Noblerex K1 is priced very high for such a machine.

It has a maximum amplitude of 20mm at the edge of the platform. Their is no frequency display on the Noblerex K1, just speed levels which is not useful.

Noblerex falsely advertise their frequency specifications, provide incorrect information about their company (e.g. claim only to have FDA registration), the product (e.g. claim “commercially rated”) and the technology (e.g. claim Russian’s used in space). Noblerex have been selling WBV since 2008. The Noblerex is not a private labelled machine, but has no real innovation merit and there is no sign of any charitable program by Noblerex.

Warranty

The Noblerex fails the Warranty Badge due to also failing the Company badge, with a score of 26. As explained in our methodology, a warranty is only as good as the company behind it, and Noblerex leave a lot to be desired. The Noblerex has a standard 2 year warranty with 6 years on parts, but offers an extended standard warranty of 1 year. There is a 15 day returns policy with shipping and restocking penalties. Spare parts are warehoused locally but no on-site servicing is available.
