Hypervibe G14 Home

Summary

Like all of the Hypervibe range, the G14 Home is a great value for money product, no other brand gives you more power for the money. Although not extensively researched like some of the pioneering brands, Hypervibe have a few studies under their belt. The company is well established at 11 years old, and are innovators with integrity. The warranty policies and servicing are among the best, and their support program is solid. Overall the G14 Home is one of a small number of products with a 5 badge rating.

Performance

The G14 Home scored a total of 74 points, giving it the highest rating Performance badge in my reviews. The G14 Home has a full, low and high frequency range from 5Hz to 30Hz, and a maximum amplitude of 8mm at the edge of the platform. The frequency is accurately displayed on the control panel, or via the mobile app.

Science

Warranty

The G14 Home passes the Warranty Badge with 82 points. The G14 Home has a standard 2 year warranty, but offers an extended warranty of 5 years parts, and 10 years motor. The returns policy is 30 days with shipping and a $150 restocking fee. The G14 Home is serviced onsite and spare parts are warehoused locally and made available after warranty.

All new customers are invited to a training call with a trainer, provided access to a support website, various support videos are provided, and a training app connects to the G14 Home via bluetooth. The G14 Home provides a basic user guide with a few workouts within. No courses or workshops are provided. Hypervibe have good communication options.
