The XG10 by DKN is a professional use lineal machine that provides good design and value for the money. It has a good range of high frequencies, and a low and high amplitude option. Overall, if you are after a lineal machine for professional use, the DKN represents a good option, and outperforms other more expensive lineal machines.
The XG10 passed the Performance badge with a total of 60 points. The XG10 can reach up to 11g’s which is a nice high output for a lineal machine. It has a low amplitude and a high amplitude option. It was classed as a full range lineal machine, which requires both amplitudes below 2mm and also above 2mm.
The DKN brand has been involved in research, but not the XG10 model. Therefore, the XG10 was awarded 55 points and a pass for the Science badge.
DKN score well on the Company badge at 72. The integrity score for DKN was excellent, only losing points by not advertising their amplitude specs. DKN have a solid 12 years in business, and their XG series machines are unique and well designed. I am not aware of any charity programs DKN are involved with.
The XG10 scored 76 on the Warranty badge. The XG5 has a 2 year warranty on labour, parts and motor, and a 30 day returns policy with shipping and restocking fees. DKN appear to have good supply of spare parts, and ability to service equipment on-site.
Unfortunately for the XG10, this is the weakest badge at 20 points. No personal support, online training resources, no courses or workshops. The machine comes with a decent user manual, poster, and built in programs in the machine software. A business hours telephone number is provided.
